October 20, 2021 The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno joined online and opened the Soft Opening Mangrove Trail in Tiwoho village as a result of the partnership and collaboration between the Manado State Polytechnic with the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the British Embassy Jakarta.

The Minister appreciated the Manado State Polytechnic which continues to explore tourism potential and improve the quality of local tourism through this innovative activity.

Through a coaching program conducted by the Manado State Polytechnic for the youth group of Tiwoho, so that this event can be managed and organized well by the youth group of tiwoho in collaboration with Manado State Polytechnic students and enlivened by local cultural attractions performed by the local community, including kolintang music, bamboo music, and pencak silat.
